Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and protect your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
